TRICONEX 9561-810 PC-based automation control module

The TRICONEX 9561-810 is a PC-based automation control module that is particularly suitable for many automation needs. It connects to a computer via a simple USB interface to automate testing, processing, industrial machinery, distribution machinery, homes and hobbies.
The product integrates multiple I/O functions, including 16 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs, 2 analog outputs (6 optional ranges each), 6 analog inputs, and 2 DC brush motor controllers with integrated amplifiers. In addition, it has 2KB of user-accessible non-volatile memory.
The TRICONEX 9561-810 has a compact size of 6.125 inches x 3.375 inches x 2.25 inches, making it easy to install and carry. It also includes a software-configurable digital input pull resistance that requires no external pull resistance and can be configured to pull up or down, or disabled entirely.
In terms of configuration and control, the TRICONEX 9561-810 is very simple, all configuration and control is performed through a concise software API. The API is provided in a DLL, which means that it can be accessed from any application or development environment that can take advantage of the DLL.
The TRICONEX 9561-810 is also used in Industry 4.0 to simulate design-manufactured parts. It can use real-time data to simulate the virtual environment of the plant itself, helping engineers visualize designs in a better way, thereby helping them identify problems and obstacles at an early stage.
