1. Parallel connection instruction of series circuit block OLD

A circuit with two or more contacts connected in series is called a series circuit block. When the series circuit blocks are connected in parallel, LD and LDN instructions are used at the beginning of the branch, and OLD instructions are used at the end of the branch. Both the OLD instruction and the ALD instruction are non-target element instructions, and the step size of both non-target element instructions is one program step. OLD is also sometimes shortened to block instruction.

2, parallel circuit series connection instruction ALD

A circuit with two or more contacts in parallel is called a parallel circuit block, and when the branch circuit is connected in series with the previous circuit, ALD instruction is used. The starting point of the branch is LD and LDN instructions, and after the parallel circuit is finished, the ALD instruction is used in series with the previous circuit. ALD instruction is also referred to as and block instruction, ALD is also a no-operation target element, is a program step instruction.

3, output command =

4, set and reset instructions S, R

S is the set instruction, so that the action is held; R is the reset instruction that keeps the operation reset. Registers of N points starting from the position are set or reset,N=1 ~ 255 If the reset is a timer or counter bit, the current value of the timer or counter is cleared.

5. Jump contact EU,ED

When a positive jump contact detects a positive jump (contact entry signal from 0 to 1), or a negative jump contact detects a negative jump (contact entry signal from 1 to 0), the contact is switched on to a scan cycle. The positive/negative jump symbols are EU and ED, they have no operands, and the “P” and “N” in the middle of the contact symbol indicate positive and negative jumps, respectively

6, empty operation instruction NOP

NOP instruction is a step instruction with no action and no target element. The null operation instruction makes the step an empty operation. The written instructions can be replaced with NOP instructions and the circuit can be changed. Adding NOP instruction to the program can reduce the change of step number when changing or adding the program.

7, program END instruction end

END is a one-step instruction with no target element. PLC repeatedly input processing, program operation, output processing, write the END instruction after the program, indicating the end of the program, directly output processing. In the debugging process of the program, you can insert the END instruction by segment, and you can expand the inspection of the actions of each program segment in order. The END instruction is used to divide the program into several segments. After confirming that the action of the preceding circuit block is correct, the END instruction is deleted successively. Note that the monitor clock is also refreshed when the END instruction is executed.
