PLC control cabinet production process:
1. 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate is used at the front and back doors of PLC control cabinet, and 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate is used at both sides.
2. The front door and back door of the PLC control cabinet are designed with glass doors (the glass door should observe the status of the PLC and the main equipment on the cabinet door to ensure the overall appearance of the cabinet door, and the multiple control cabinet doors should be consistent), and open the rear two doors.
3. Cover is installed 100mm from the bottom of the cabinet to the bottom of the box. The cover plate is divided into front and back. There shall be 200mm×100mm discharge holes near the left side of the grooves on both sides of each cover plate.

7. The s7-300/400 bottom plate in the PLC cabinet is installed on the insulated plywood, and the bottom plate is insulated with the cabinet body.
8. The components in the PLC cabinet and other components (as laid out with the cabinet) should conform to the installation drawings.
9. The wiring inside the cabinet is designed according to the drawings. The terminal in the cabinet should be short-circuited
