The IS230TNPAH2A host system is mainly composed of two 400kWZ4 series DC motors M1 and M6, two 480kW synchronous generators M2 and M5(the maximum frequency of generator output voltage is 60Hz) and two asynchronous motors M3 and M4(one is the test motor, the other is the test motor). Dc motor M1 and synchronous generator M2, asynchronous motor M3 and M4, DC motor M6 and synchronous generator M5 are respectively connected by flange shaft.
(2) Power control system, mainly by the AC line switch DW15, AC line reactor L, DC motor speed regulation system SCR1, two DC motor excitation system SCR2, SCR5(independent weak magnetic system), two synchronous generator excitation system SCR3, SCR4 and relay operation circuit.
(3) All kinds of voltmeter, ammeter, power meter, frequency meter, thermometer, thermocouple, torque meter, etc., for motor test and measurement. Conditional users can also configure an industrial control computer and a printer, in the motor test process for a variety of data sampling, calculation, storage, and print out a variety of data forms and characteristic curves.

The thyristor speed regulating device SCR1 adjusts the speed of DC motor M1 to change the frequency of the output voltage of synchronous generator M2, and adjusts the strength of the excitation current of synchronous generator to change the size of its output voltage and adjust the strength of the excitation current of DC motor M1 or M6
