The original water injection action is to rely on the bottle into the water injection position to touch the switch to open the valve to complete the pure mechanical control, in the wet, sugar water environment, touch the switch is easy to fail, coupled with the bottle to the switch is difficult to ensure that every time accurate, so there are often misaction or no action in the production, to often shut down for artificial adjustment, which greatly reduces the production efficiency. Now the PLC output control solenoid valve action, to achieve the valve opening or closing, both fast and accurate.
