When the PLC hardware is not normal, it should be checked in the following order:

B, the CPU is bad, replace the new good CPU of the same type and version;
C. If the board is broken, replace the board in an orderly manner. For hardware replacement, it is necessary to pay attention to the use of the same product model and version as the original device, otherwise the actual PLC configuration will be different from the hardware configuration database in the corresponding programming software, and the normal cycle execution of the user control program cannot be carried out.
4, check the connection cable interface of Mitsubishi PLC, confirm whether there is loosening, and see whether the display light is normal. If the indicator is steady on, the module is faulty. When inspecting any point of the module, as long as there is no connection and the address in the control program does not give the output signal to detect its failure, if it is through, the point is not normal, not normal; If it is abnormal, the hardware connection line should be reconnected at another point. In addition, we can also replace the new module, and measure the on-off status of the point of the replaced module. If it is on, the point is bad, and if it is not, the point is good. For the digital input module, the point should be in the on-coil, normally closed state, it can be online or offline detection, using the table to detect if the bad point is not through the state, then change the point to rewire; Good point is the normal state. As long as the hardware connection is reconnected, the corresponding programming software should be used to replace the 0X or 1X address of the control software. For the analog input module is the same as the digital input module, each channel is equivalent to a wire form, that is, it is equivalent to a normally closed point, so the method of detecting the quality of the channel is to use the table’s on-off function to detect, when the on state is good, when the off state is bad; The detection method of the analog output module is the same as that of the digital output module. If the channel is bad, the hardware cable needs to replace the channel and the corresponding 3X or 4X address in the control program at the same time; In addition, for the analog module, it is necessary to check the selection of the range block and check whether the fuse is disconnected. Software configuration is normal (information source: http://www.diangon.com) Generally 1 ~ 5V or 4 ~ 20mA, depending on the type of sensor and smart converter used. After the hardware point or channel replacement, if conditions permit, the PLC CPU should be stopped and the program should be re-downloaded. If conditions do not permit, the program should be downloaded directly with the update change and the CPU should not be stopped. The good channel/good point of the unused input module is connected in series with the last used good channel/good point or is specially set in the software.
