The BENTLY 3500/45 is a position monitor with the following key features and functions:
Multi-channel design: The BENTLY 3500/45 is a 4-channel instrument that can accept input from a variety of sensors, including proximity sensors, rotary position sensors (RPT), DC linear Variable Difference transformers (DC LVDT), AC linear Variable Difference transformers (AC LVDT), and more. This design allows it to be adapted to a variety of application scenarios for accurate monitoring.
Signal adjustment and alarm comparison: The position monitor is able to adjust the input signal and compare the adjusted signal with a user programmable alarm set point. Once the signal exceeds or falls below a preset alarm condition, it can drive an alarm and provide protection for the normal operation of industrial equipment.

High sensitivity: The BENTLY 3500/45‘s thrust sensitivity can reach 3.94 mV/μm (100 mV/mil) or 7.87 mV/μm (200 mV/mil), depending on the configuration. This high sensitivity ensures the accuracy and precision of the monitoring.
Multiple programming capabilities: With 3500 Rack configuration software, each channel can be programmed for a variety of functions, including axial (thrust) position, differential expansion, standard/non-standard single ramp differential expansion, double ramp differential expansion, complementary differential expansion, housing expansion, and valve placement.
Communication interface: The BENTLY 3500/45 has a serial port and can communicate with other devices via a USB to RS485 converter adapter module. This communication mode enables the card to be easily connected to the computer or other monitoring system to realize remote monitoring and data transmission.
Product specifications: It measures approximately 241.3 mm x 24.4 mm x 241.8 mm (9.50 in x 0.96 in x 9.52 in) and weighs approximately 0.91 kg (2.0 lb).
