The BENTLY 3500/33 is a mechanical vibration monitoring system with fault warning and suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
The system collects the vibration signal and temperature change of the mechanical equipment (such as the transmission chain of the port lifting equipment, including the motor, the reducer and the bearing, etc.) in real time through the temperature vibration sensor in the measuring point, and uploates the data to the environmental monitoring platform through 485/lora and other ways. Users can read the vibration signal and temperature change of the device in real time on the platform, so as to master the mechanical vibration information.
The BENTLY 3500/33 supports a wide range of sensors, enabling continuous, in-line monitoring for a wide range of mechanical protection applications. Capable of both static (displacement) and dynamic (vibration) measurements, it is powerful and flexible.
The system can also set a safe range of vibration values for different equipment, and make a preliminary judgment through the fault diagnosis algorithm of the platform to detect whether there are safety risks in the operation of the equipment in the transmission chain. When the vibration is abnormal and the temperature changes are abnormal, the system will automatically issue an alarm to the user to help the user timely investigate the safety hazards, thereby reducing the abnormal shutdown of the machine and reducing the maintenance cost.
