5. Personnel management and technical training
Whether the new control system is put into operation or the old system is transformed, once the DCS control system selection is determined, before the system construction, hardware testing and program configuration, it is necessary to have strong practical experience of thermal control engineers and operation operators to carry out relevant training work, training work must be combined with the simulator and the actual system, so as to be targeted.
