The REM615 comes in four standard configurations, including all basic motor protection functions, voltage protection functions, and power and energy measurements. It also greatly facilitates local or remote start/stop control of the motor.
The REM615 motor protection measurement and control unit features support for the substation IEC61850 communication standard, Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP) and High Availability Seamless Redundancy Protocol (HSR), which includes IEC 61850-9-2 LE. The device also supports DNP3, IEC 60870-5-103, and Modbus® protocols. The device supports the Profitbus DPV1 protocol by using the SPA-ZC 302 protocol adapter.
