The output control signal includes switching signal and analog signal.
The switching quantity includes: alarm control signal and indicator light control signal. When the fault is detected, the corresponding alarm output alarm signal; The indicator light is used to indicate the state of the car, and each car is corresponding to an indicator light, the corresponding relationship is as follows:
Light off → The car has no material
Indicator light → The car has material
Indicator blinks → Blanking prompt
The analog output signal has a voltage signal of 0 ~ 10V output to the frequency converter, which is used as the control signal of the frequency converter (the frequency converter adopts V/F control mode in the system).

4. Software design
The system software design includes two parts: upper computer software and lower computer software.
1. PC software
The operating system of the upper computer uses Microsoft’s Windows 2000 Server, the database uses Microsoft’s SQL Server 2000, and the development tool uses Visual Studio C++ 6.0. The developed management software can realize the functions of parameter setting, display and alarm warning, real-time simulation of car running status, fault query, and generation of statistical reports, and the software has the characteristics of high efficiency, scalability and good real-time performance. At the same time, the system can be incorporated into the computer management system of the whole factory through the internal LAN of the enterprise.
