A successful RCV process requires the following steps:

3 Wait for the message start condition

5 Wait for the end of the message
6 Exit the receiving state
After the RCV instruction is started, it does not necessarily receive the message. If the initial condition of the message is not reached, it is always in the state of waiting to receive
If the message never starts or ends, the communication interface remains in the receiving state. If you try to execute the XMT instruction, no message will be sent.
Therefore, XMT can be executed only after the receiving RCV receives.
