IC660ERD020 GENIUS source electronic module for redundant test output

The IC660BBA020 is a voltage/current analog module in the GE Fanuc Genius I/O series. It has four input and two output circuits. There are two types of analog modules with power supplies of 115 VAC and 24/48 VDC. The IC660BBA020 supports five analog ranges :0-10 volt DC; -10 volt DC to +10 volt DC; -5 V DC to +5 V DC; 0-5 volts DC; And 4-20 mah /1-5 volt DC. The module’s internal power supply can drive a current load of 300 ohms. Configurable block features include independent scaling; Fault reporting that can be enabled or disabled based on input/output; Optional input filtering time up to 1024ms Default power-on value for each output; And low/high alarm detection, etc.

The IC660BBA020 is compatible with any handheld display IC66*HHM500, although the HHM501 requires configuration changes. The serial bus uses terminals 1 to 4 with AWG wires. Field devices use terminals 5 to 32 with AWG wires. Terminals 6 (DC+) and 7 (DC-) connect the power supply to 24/48 VDC. The h and N terminals connect the 115 VAC module to the 250V, 1/8Amp slow-burning fuse. Terminals 5, 12, 28, and 20 are used for grounding. Three terminals named common are used for one signal source. The user can connect the input voltage device IN series between the V+ and IN terminals and between the V- and RTN terminals. Users can connect output voltage devices to COM and VOUT terminals. JMP terminals are used for jumper connections. Terminals I+ and I- are used for the current mode. The first four input circuits convert the input current or voltage signal into a digital count with selectable scaling. Circuit numbers 5 and 6 give a proportional digital count of the output from the CPU. The I/O Enabled and Unit OK LEDs indicate the operating status of the module. Fault information is displayed.
